Al Riyadi - Beirut Club 102-92

Al Riyadi looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. American guard Kevin Murphy (197-1990, college: Tenn Tech) orchestrated the victory by scoring 30 points and 4 assists (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field). South Sudanese-Australian center Duop Reath (210-1996, college: LSU) contributed with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. Power forward Mohamad Haidar (203-1990, college: Michigan Tech) replied with 22 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists and Lebanese-American guard Omar Jamaleddine (193-2000, college: SLC) added 14 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists in the effort for Beirut Club. Five Al Riyadi and four Beirut Club players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.

Petty is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Four Gorgan players scored in double figures. Al-Manama forced 20 Al Hilal turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. American Lamont Jones (183-1990, college: Iona, agency: Diamond Sports) scored 24 points and 7 assists to lead the charge for the winners and point guard Ahmed Haji (175-1994) chipped in 16 points during the contest. Center Mohammed Alsuwailem (211-1998) responded with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 10 rebounds and American power forward Clinton Chapman (208-1989, college: Texas, agency: Diamond Sports) scored 17 points and 5 rebounds. Four Al Hilal players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest.
